What we collect

Through the form on this site we collect your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. We do not collect financial, patrimonial, or sensitive personal data.

How we use it

Primary purpose. To contact you with information about the Founders de Impacto program and follow up on your interest in taking part.

Additional purposes. To send you content on entrepreneurship and impact by email, and to add you to our WhatsApp group, where we share content on an ongoing basis. These purposes are not required for the primary one — you may opt out of them at any time, without affecting your participation in the program, by writing to the address below.

Who we share it with

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as our contact management and email platform. Your name, email, and number are stored on their servers. Brevo processes data solely on our instruction and is not authorized to use it for its own purposes.

About the WhatsApp group. The group is a shared space: once you join, your phone number and profile name are visible to the other members, and you can see theirs. Any message you send is visible to the whole group. By providing your number you accept this visibility. You may leave the group at any time, or ask us not to add you, without affecting your participation in the program. The service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), whose processing of your number is additionally governed by their own policies.

Beyond the above, we do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases set out in Article 37 of Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is navigated. You can accept or decline these cookies through the notice shown on arrival. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing the site's data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it if inaccurate, delete it when you consider it no longer necessary, and object to its processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to edgartemores@eturelab.com with your name, the email you registered with, and which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
