Over the last 20 years...
In 2019 I developed a technology to turn 15 million plastic bottles a month, pulled out of the trash, into everyday textile fibers. With no outside investment. From Guadalajara, Mexico.
In 2021 those same fibers gave rise to Dorma — sustainable rest products. That opened the doors to Shark Tank México, Bloomberg, Milenio, Mural and more.
In 2024 I founded Eturelab — an impact lab that develops sustainability + innovation + technology.
In 2026 we launched EcoHero, the first platform that uses technology to turn industrial waste into data and value. We presented it at the University of Alabama, with the support of Techstars.
I didn't build this from a desk. None of it was luck.

I haven't started a business yet — is this program for me?
Yes. Module 2 is designed for exactly that: choosing the right problem before building anything. It's easier to start right than to correct after three years going the wrong way.
I've had my business for years — am I too late?
No. Most businesses that have been running for years don't have a system, they have a routine. The program takes what you've already built and puts method into it: validated model, clear product, growth plan.
What experience do you have to teach me this?
20 years building. I founded Technofibers, Dorma, EcoHero and Addison AI, with more than $20 million USD in accumulated sales and 2 patents granted. I went through Shark Tank México and Techstars. And in 2023 I shut down a company with 120 employees. I'm going to teach you what worked and also what cost me everything.
How much time do I need to put in?
Around 4 hours a week for 3 months. It isn't a course you watch at night: it's work on your own business.
Are the sessions live?
Yes, all of them. If you can't attend, they're recorded and you watch them when you can.
What are the 6 1-on-1 sessions like?
One every two weeks across the 3 months. I run them myself, not a team. They last 2 hours each, or whatever it takes to reach your goals. They're about your specific business, not general theory.
Does it work for any industry?
Yes. The method doesn't depend on the sector: it depends on there being a real problem to solve. I've worked with businesses in manufacturing, recycling, consumer goods, food, health, technology and professional services. If your industry isn't on that list, the method still works — what changes is the problem, not the system.
