From technology that turns plastic bottles out of the trash into pillows, to artificial intelligence that puts a value on waste.
01 — Why I do it
A competitive advantage used to last you a decade. Today, if you don't move, someone else has already replaced you.
Tariffs, artificial intelligence, the climate crisis and global competition aren't threats: they're the biggest business opportunity of the century for whoever knows how to read them. It isn't that building companies is harder today. It's that the old formula expired.
Today's customer doesn't buy products — they buy values worth more than the price they pay.

View project03 — The origin
I'm not going to tell you a straight-line success story. I'm going to tell you the truth.
It all started with an image I never forgot: my father working nonstop. As a kid I decided I wanted to be a great businessman like him — or better. At 16, I was already laying the foundations of something that didn't have a name yet.
At 18 I traveled to China to do business. Alone. With no manual. That experience taught me the world is bigger than any school can teach you — and that nerve is the only passport that matters. I came back with polyester fiber from Asia and production equipment under my arm.
I installed complete production lines and we started growing vertically. We developed projects for IKEA and high-profile clients. For the first time I felt I was building something that could really scale.
I was distributing, transforming and selling more than 100 tons a month of polyester fiber for the home textiles, furniture, cushioning and other industries. I was no longer a young founder with dreams — I was an operator with real numbers.
Mexico was generating brutal amounts of plastic flooding streets, rivers and seas. Nobody saw it as an opportunity. I started exploring technologies to connect that enormous problem with the industry I already knew.
I developed a technology to turn plastic bottles out of the trash into everyday textile fibers. This wasn't a pretty startup in an incubator — it was a real bet, with everything on the table. Expansion, hiring, operations. A commitment on another level.
We put the brand on the market and grew like wildfire. More than 120 employees. Products, quality, operations — all under control. It was the moment I'd pictured since I was 16. It felt good.
Going on Shark Tank meant measuring myself against some of the most important business figures in Mexico. 60 minutes of real exchange, hard questions, points of view nobody else was giving me. In the end it didn't matter whether I closed a deal — I knew I had potential, and they confirmed it themselves.
Growing without order has consequences. It was a one-man show. I didn't have the profile to take the company to the next level, and I lacked the resolve to bring in the director who did. My confidence in myself disappeared. That was the first crack.
One bad decision after another. Burnout that hit me physically and mentally. Without realizing it I was in a dark hole I couldn't get out of. None of my companies motivated me. It was the first time in my life I didn't know how to go on.
I let the whole team go. I closed companies. The financial side went into free fall — closing something that size has repercussions you don't see when you make the decision. But also: I went to every therapy, biodecoding session, constellation, anything within reach. I wanted out of the hole. I knew I had to get back up.
Still in defeat, but with a clear path in my head. I started building ambitious projects again, ones that solve global problems. Not out of pride — out of clarity and impact.
I started from zero again. But now with something I didn't have before: the experience of failure, honesty with myself, and the clear vision to build Eturelab, EcoHero, Addison, Dorma, Technofibers — and whatever else adds up in the future to create solutions and products with real impact.

04 — Impact content
I don't talk business from a studio. I talk from industrial plants, production lines and conversations with real founders.
05 — Talks & Speaking
Impact isn't a marketing word. It's the measurable consequence of creating something the world needs — and that generates real economic value at the same time. Today, the companies that survive are the ones solving problems that matter. I speak at business forums, universities and innovation summits in Mexico, the United States and LATAM.
How I turned waste into a +$20M USD company. The real Technofibers case and how any industry can turn its waste into competitive advantage and a source of revenue.
How to reconfigure the way you see problems: from threats to opportunities. The mindset that separates the founders who scale from the ones who stall.
The story of how betting everything — afraid, with no safety net — is the only way to know whether you really believe in what you're building. A talk about real commitment and leadership without excuses.
