A million plastic bottles are produced every minute. 80% of the trash in the ocean is plastic, 49% of what gets produced is single-use, and only 9% is recycled. Microplastics have already been found in human blood.

We rescue bottles from streets, rivers and seas and turn them into everyday textile fiber. With AIRFILL technology we create hollow yarns up to 7 times thinner than a human hair — more volume, more bounce, more performance.

500,000 bottles recovered a day, with a logistics team across the country. Our own lab, with 14 tests per fiber. Every bale ships with an environmental label: carbon footprint, water use and energy use, all measured.

In Mexico each person generates 375 PET plastic bottles a year. Only 16% actually gets recycled. The rest ends up in streets, rivers or seas.
